- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp salsa (I used Pace Picante mild)
- 1 tbsp chopped white onion (Do I like onion now??? I think so.)
- 1/2 tsp lime juice
- Salt to taste
Taylor's ever-evolving work schedule has just changed again. Now he'll be working til 8:45 (with an hour drive) two nights of the week, so I'm excited to try out some recipes that can be kept warm all evening until he's home. Soups and that kind of stuff.
